My treatment philosophy centers on building strong, trusting relationships with my patients. I believe that understanding each patient’s unique story, goals, and challenges is essential to guiding them back to the activities that bring them joy. I utilize a patient-specific approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual goals and needs. By integrating evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and a holistic perspective, I ensure my interventions are rooted in the latest research and consider the whole person. I am committed to empowering patients through education and personalized care, encouraging a collaborative environment where patients feel supported and motivated. Together, we can work towards restoring function, enhancing your quality of life, and achieving sustainable, long-term health and wellness.

PERSONAL NOTES:

Amber grew up in Lincoln and attended Lincoln Lutheran Middle/High School where she participated in volleyball, track, and cheer. She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University for her undergraduate degree and Des Moines University for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She recently moved back to Lincoln to be closer to family and friends. When not in the clinic you can find her attending a workout class, listening to Taylor Swift, and exploring new shops and restaurants.
