I will use my skill set, evidence-based interventions, and clinical reasoning to encourage and empower my patients as we work together to address the limitations that may be interfering with daily and recreational activities. By providing exceptional care, I aim to impact and improve quality of life and restore function so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.

PERSONAL NOTES:
Derek grew up in a military family and has lived all over the country as well as in Germany and Spain. He attended Copperas Cove High School from 2002-2005 in Copperas Cove, Texas. He then moved to southern Indiana where he went to get his bachelor’s at the University of Louisville and then his Doctorate at Bellarmine University in Kentucky. Derek is married with 2 kids. He is interested in spending time with family, the outdoors, sports, and weightlifting.
