TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:

I enjoy working alongside the Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain and discomfort, and promote overall wellness. Being a part of helping patients improve their quality of life and seeing them get back to doing the things they love brings me joy. 

PERSONAL NOTES:

Jessica was born and raised in Lincoln, NE graduating from Lincoln High School where she participated in volleyball and tennis. She further fell in love with fitness when she started working with a personal trainer in college which helped guide her to the PTA profession where she could incorporate fitness as well being able to help people get back to living their fullest lives. Jessica lives in Lincoln with her husband, twin boys, and their two beagles.
