Julie Fuller, PTA

EDUCATION:
Associates of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant since 2015

CERTIFICATIONS:
Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) since 2007

AREAS OF SPECIAL INTEREST:

Sports injuries, ACL reconstructions, total joint replacements, balance and proprioception, cardiovascular conditioning, core stabilization

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:

I believe in creating a positive and fun experience for my patients. I make it a point to teach them something new each session and to educate them on body mechanics, posture, and how to incorporate what they learn in therapy into their daily lives. I believe in motivating my patients to become disciplined and responsible for their own recovery, and to encourage them to keep moving. While exercise is a large part of physical therapy, I like to also focus on functional activities that the patient currently needs to practice in their own environment. Overall, I want to help people feel confident in themselves and to trust the healing process

PERSONAL NOTES:
