TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that our care should be patient centered, hands on, and focused on improving quality of life. We should give treatments that are evidence-based and geared towards reaching patient goals. I strive to be a team player, lifelong learner, and an ethical practitioner in the physical therapy field. I want to encourage and educate my patients as we work towards getting them back to their hobbies, daily activities, and jobs together.

PERSONAL NOTES:
Sara is a native Texan from the Austin area. She has a passion for health and helping others which lead her to the physical therapy field. After graduating from Belton Highschool Sara began the journey to her career, attending Temple college followed by the PTA program at Mclennan Community College in Waco. Since receiving her license Sara has worked in several settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, home health, Pediatrics, and is now enjoying outpatient rehab at LPTSR. In her free time Sara enjoys being outdoors, hiking, drawing, and spending time with her family, friends, and cats.
